<li>Umutite žumanjca, umješajte med i kajmak. U ovu smjesu dodajte čvrsto izlupane bjelanjke. Na kraju dodajte i mljevene bademe.</li>
<li>U namašćenu tepsiju složite 4 kore, svaku začinite rastopljenim maslacem. Na posljednju stavite nadjev. Postupak ponavljajte dok ne utrošite sve jufke i nadjev. Pecite 10 minuta na jačoj i 30 minuta na slabijoj vatri.</li>
<li>Za to vrijeme napravite zaljev (stavite šećer u vodu ali tako da bude uronjen 1-2 cm) Pečenu baklavu izrežite na kocke ili rombove, zalijte toplim zaljevom i vratite u pećnicu. Tu neka ostane do jutra. </li>

<li>Pećnicu ugrijte na 180°C. </li>
<li>Odvojite bjelanjke od žutanjaka. </li>
<li>Manji pleh (cca 20×30) obložite papirom za pečenje. </li>
<li>Omekšali maslac (ja ga “mekšam” u mikrovalnoj na najslabijoj jačini minutu-dve al pazite da se ne rastopi!) temeljito izmiksajte sa polovicom šećera u prahu, solju i vanilin šećerom u pjenastu masu. Postepeno dodajte žutanjke i dalje miksajući. </li>
<li>Od bjelanjaka i preostalog šećera u prahu izlupajte čvrsti snijeg te ga lagano umiješajte kuhačom u smjesu od žutanjaka. Smjesi zatim postupno naizmjence dodajte prosijano brašno, mak, mlijeko i koricu limuna. Sve dobro i pažljivo izmješajte te namažite na lim i poravnajte površinu. </li>
<li>Pecite 25-30 min, a kad se ohladi maknite papir i razrežite jednom na dva tanja lista. </li>
<li>Za kremu zakuhajte mlijeko sa šećerom, primiješajte orahe, piškote, rum i vanilin šećer. Kuhajte par minuta dok ne poprimi gustoću sličnu pudingu a po potrebi dodajte ili mlijeko ili samljevene piškote. </li>
<li>Čim se masa ohladi umiješajte u nju omekšali mikserom razrađeni maslac i sve pjenasto izmiksajte. </li>
<li>Oba lista biskvita premažite marmeladom koju ste zagrijali. Donji list zatim namažite sa 2/3 kreme(ili polovicom, kako želite), preklopite drugom polovicom, premažite ostatkom kreme, zagladite i pospite makom. </li>
<li>Šibnite na min. 2 sata u frižider i nakon toga uživajte :)</li>

<li>Umutiti čvrstu pjenu od bjelanaca, dodati šećer, jedno po jedno žumance i na kraju pažljivo umješati brašno i prosijani kakao ( da ne bi imao grudvica).</li>
<li>Sipati u veliki pleh od pećnice obložen masnim papirom i ispeći koru.</li>
<li>Gotovu koru odmah izvaditi na vlažnu platnenu salvetu i uviti u rolat.</li>
<li>U medjuvremenu pripremiti fil: umutiti pjenasto maslac sa šećerom u prahu.</li>
<li>Dodati žumanca, rastopljenu čokoladu i na kraju čvrstu pjenu od bjelanaca. Sve dobro umutiti mikserom.</li>
<li>Kad se kora ohladila, odmotati i presjeći na pola po dužini, tako da dobijemo dvije kore za dva mala rolata.</li>
<li>Premazati pripremljenim filom, ponovo zaviti u rolat i odgore premazati tanko sa malo fila.</li>
<li>Ostaviti da se dobro rashladi i preliti glazurom od čokolade. Po želji, poprskati sa malo bijele čokolade.</li>

Pomiješati brašno, puding i vaniliju sa malo mlijeka. Ostatak mlijeka zakuhati sa šećerom (količina po želji) i u kipuće dodati puding. Kremu ohladiti, ponekad promiješati da se ne stvori korica. Pjenasto izraditi maslac sa šećerom u prahu. Postepeno dodavati puding koji bi trebao biti sobne temperature.</div>

<b>Završni radovi:</b></div>

Na tačnu staviti jedan biskvit, na njega podijeliti polovinu kreme. Na kremu dolazi drugi biskvit te druga polovina kreme. Banane oguliti i vodoravno razrezati na pola, te ih provući kroz limunov sok. Poslagati ih po gornjem sloju kreme. Banane malo rukom ispraviti da budu “ravnije”. Kad ste stavili banane, bogato ih zalijte sa čokoladnim preljevom. Gornji dio kolača ( kremu i banane ) omotati sa aluminijskom folijom, da vam se čokolada ne bi previše slijevala sa kolača. Banane moraju biti dobro zalivene čokoladom da ne pocrne. Ohladiti i ukrasiti tucenim slatkim vrhnjem.</div>

<li>U velikom loncu na srednje jakoj vatri zagrijte maslac. Začinite obje strane filea sa solju i paprom i pržite oko 3 minute na jednoj strani. Okrenite i pecite oko 2 minute. Uklonite s vatre i držite ih na toplom mjestu.</li>
<li>U ostu tavu dodajte brašno i miješajte dok ne postane glatko. Dodajte vrhnje i sok od limuna i kuhajte oko 3 minute, dok se ne zgusne. Dodajte mentu, sol i papar i dobro promiješajte.</li>
<li>Poslužite losos s umakom, pospite s pistacijama i poslužite odmah.</li>

<li>Smjesi od maslaca dodavati naizmjenično mješavinu od brašna i mlaćenicu.</li>

<li>Pažljivo umiješati u smjesu.</li>
<li>Uliti u kalup obložen papirom za pečenje i peći oko 45 minuta.</li>

<li>Maslinovo ulje, mlijeko i 3 fildžana pekmeza staviti u šerpu da prokuha, potom skinuti i dodati integralo raževo brašno pomiješano sa 3 fildžana bijelog brašna. Dodati prašak za pecivo. Sve to vratiti na ringlu i peći tijesto u šerpi dok se masa ne ujednači. Dodati potom mljevene orahe. Oblikovati hurmašice i na laganoj vatri u rerni peći oko 40 minuta.</li>
<li>Zaljev pripremamo tako što stavimo 5 fildžana pekmeza i pet vode da prokuha i vruće vrućim zaliti. Ostaviti da prenoće i ujutro služiti uz rijezgu oraha i prelivom pekmeza. Ukoliko volite slađe hurmašice dodajte u zaljev šećer.</li>

<li>Istući bjelanjke u čvrsti snijeg i dodati im ocat i šećer. Od dobivene smjese ispeći tri lista biskvita. Na foliji peći svaki list oko 45 minuta na 150 stupnjeva i pustiti da se ohladi.</li>
<li>Staviti kuhati mlijeko za kremu. Izmiješati žumanjke sa brašnom i šećerom i uliti u vrelo mlijeko. Kuhati na laganoj vatri uz stalno miješanje dok se ne počne zgušnjavati. Dodati izrađen maslac i staviti na hlađenje.</li>
<li>Istući vrhnje u čvrsti šlag.</li>
<li>Naranče i kivi oguliti te narezati u komadiće.</li>
<li>Staviti list biskvita na dno.</li>
<li>Premazati biskvit kremom i po njoj složiti komadiće naranče.</li>
<li>Prekriti tučenim vrhnjem. Na to staviti drugi list biskvita, kremu, višnje i šlag, pa treći list biskvita, kremu kivi i završiti šlagom.</li>
<li>Kolač ostaviti nekoliko sati u hladnjaku prije posluživanja.</li>

<li style="text-align: justify;">U manjoj zdjeli izmiješati suhe sastojke: brašno, krupicu, orahe, kakao i prašak za pecivo</li>
<li style="text-align: justify;">Pjenasto umutiti jaja sa šećerom i vanilin šećerom</li>
<li style="text-align: justify;">U umućena jaja polagano špatulom umiješati pripremljenu suhu smjesu</li>
<li style="text-align: justify;">Sve izjednačiti i istresti u pripremljenu tepsiju. Peći oko 20 minuta</li>
<li style="text-align: justify;">Ohladiti a dok se podloga peče napraviti zaljev i fil</li>
<li style="text-align: justify;">Za zaljev ukuhati šećer s vodom 2-3 minuta, kada je gotov preliti ga po pečenom biskvitu</li>

Svaki od dijelova razvaljajte na približno 30x30 cm. Kad je razvaljano, tijesto namotajte na valjak i prenesite na površinu na kojoj će se peći. Peče se na obrnutoj strani pleha. Površinu na kojoj se kore peku treba pobrašniti. Pecite na 200 stupnjeva 4 minute svaku koru.</div>

<li style="text-align: justify;">U vodu dodati šećer, vanilin šećer, med, čokoladu, ulje i sve lagano zagrijavati dok se čokolada ne rastopi. </li>
<li style="text-align: justify;">Potom smjesi dodati prethodno dobro izmiješano brašno sa praškom za pecivo i orasima <a href="http://kuhinjarecepti.com/2011/12/pesak-torta/"></a>i dobro izmiješati. </li>
<li style="text-align: justify;">Smjesu prenijeti u tepsiju obloženu pek papirom i peći na 180°C oko 20 minuta.</li>
<li style="text-align: justify;">Izvaditi iz rerne i ohladiti pa presjeći na tri jednake kore.</li>
<li style="text-align: justify;">Za fil ušpinovati šećer u malo vode pa dodati čokoladu. </li>

<li style="text-align: justify;">Na dosta ulja dobro propržiti na tihoj vatri crni luk, isjeckan na kockice, dok se skroz ne raspadne. Zatim dodati na najsitnije izrendanu mrkvu, i nastaviti sa dinstanjem.</li>
<li style="text-align: justify;">Kad se sve lijepo propržilo dodati mljeveno meso, i dalje pržiti dok se i meso dobro ne preodinsta. Pred sam kraj dodati začine, dobro opranu i ocijeđenu rižu i na krupnije narendan krompir.</li>
<li style="text-align: justify;">U veću šerpu prvo po dnu poredati listove kiselog kupusa, staviti par lista lovora, poredati suho meso, pa zavijati sarmu i redati je uspravno jednu do druge, da bi sva bila ravnomerno kuhana.</li>
<li style="text-align: justify;">Vodite računa da ostavite par listova kupusa da odozgo prekrijete sarmu. Na kraju preko zavijene sarme poredati suhu slaninu, prekriti listovima kupusa i zaliti sa vodom da ogrezne.</li>
<li style="text-align: justify;">Ja na početku sarmu kuham na najmanjoj vatri na ringli, dok ne provri, nakon desetak minuta zagrijem malo ulja i alevu papriku, prelijem preko sarme, poklopim i nastavim sa kuhanjem u rerni oko dva sata.</li>

<li>Kvasac pomiješati sa šećerom i uz malo topla mlijeka staviti da uskvasa.</li>
<li>Brašno i so prosijati, dodati kvasac i sa preostalim mlijekom i vodom zakuhati tijesto.Dobro uraditi rukama, uvijek povlačeći rukom sa vanjske strane tijesta ka unutrašnjosti, dok se ne dobije veoma glatko i mekano tijesto.</li>
<li>Ostaviti tijesto da naraste duplo a zatim prekuhati, te ponovo ostaviti da nadolazi oko pola sata.</li>
<li>Na dobro pobrašnjenu površinu tijesto polagano staviti i bez prekuhavanja podijeliti na 6 dijelova. Rukom zatim lagano oblikovati loptice, malo pritisnuti prstima okolo-krajeve somuna i polagano poeti razvlaciti.</li>
<li>Veoma je bitno da somun razvlacite samo sa krajeva, a ne sa sredine. Ja obično u jednoj ruci (na dlanu) držim somun a drugom razvlacim.</li>
<li>Malom čaćkalicom za ražnjice, predhodno namocenoj u vodu na somunu praviti rombove, malo somun umiti sa vodom i posuti preko curukoticu.</li>
<li>Rernu zagrijati na 250 stepeni i somune peći 5-7 minuta, (na plehu koji se grije u rerni) dok ne porumene.Somuni se napušu i to je znak da su gotovi.</li>

Od tijesta oblikovati kuglice veličine većeg oraha, malo ih spljoštiti i pritisnuti uz ribež (najsitnije rupice). Slagati hurmašice u suhu tepsiju (nepodmazanu) i peći na 200-220 stepeni dok ne porumene.</li>
<li>Za to vrijeme napraviti agdu tako što se šećer zalije vodom i promješa dobro kašikom da se šećer istopi. Dodati sok od jednog limuna.</li>
<li>Pečene hurmašice zaliti hladnom (nekuhanom) agdom i poklopiti da se hurmašice ohlade i upiju agdu.</li>

<li style="text-align: justify;">U meso staviti prezlu i jaje.</li>
<li style="text-align: justify;">Crveni i bjeli luk zajedno sa celerom samljeti i dodati smjesi koju ćete onda posoliti , pobiberiti i staviti malo vegete. Sve to dobro rukom izmiješati.</li>
<li style="text-align: justify;">Praviti male kuglice koje ćete uvaljati malo u brašno.</li>
<li style="text-align: justify;">Ja ćuftete prvo malo propržim na ulju da bi dobile braun boju.</li>
<li style="text-align: justify;">U drugu šerpu stavim malo maslinovog ulja, dodam kašiku brašna i malo propržim na to dodam pire od paradajza. Isjećem jednu mrkvu isto.</li>
<li style="text-align: justify;">Sad stavljam ćuftete u taj sos da se još oko 20 minuta kuhaju. Možda ćete trebati dodati samo malo vode.</li>
